- *** Introduction ***

- WinISO is a utility to convert CD-ROM image file format(s), and
- has the option to extract/edit image file directly!

- WinISO runs on Windows95/98/Me/NT/2000. It can process almost all
- CD-ROM image file(s) including ISO and BIN. With WinISO, you can
- add/delete/rename/extract file(s) within image files. You can
- convert image files to the standard ISO format, and you have the
- ability to create ISO image file(s) from a CD-ROM.

- Some details:
- 1. WinISO is the first software to edit BIN/ISO or almost all
- images file(s) directly!
- 2. Support bootable cd perfect! You can add/save/remove/make boot
- section.
- 3. You can convert almost all image file formats, including BIN,
- and save it as a standard ISO format file.
- 4. You can convert standard ISO file to BIN/CUE file.
- 5. It Supports almost all known CD-ROM image files, including some
- virtual CD-ROM container files.
- 6. You can Create an ISO file from CD-ROM.
- 7. You can select some files or directories, and then create the
- ISO based on these files.
- 8. Ability to open an image file, display the file tree, then run
- files from within the image file. This can be handy to view/run
- or setup programs/files.
- 9. Because of its file associations, you can simply double click an
- ISO file in Windows Explorer to open it.
- 10.Very easy to use interface, but powerful enough for the expert!

- *** Warning ***
- WinISO can open and edit non-standard third-party image files such
- as .CIF, .NRG, etc. but, in some cases, if the non-standard
- third-party image file has been saved by WinISO, the original
- application which created it might not be able to open it again. In
- these cases, WinISO can open and extract it normally, no files will
- lost.
- If you must use the original application to open the non-standard
- third-party image files, we recommend you use "Save as" to save the
- non-standard third-party image file to standard ISO9660 image file,
- almost all applications support it.

- *** About unregistered version of WinISO ***
- The limits of unregistered version are as following:
- 1. Can not extract a file greater than 3MB.
- 2. Can not convert an image greater than 100MB.
- 3. Can not save an image greater than 100MB.
- 4. Can not save an image greater than 100MB to a new file .
